Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using WF Hub Actions ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WF Hub Actions is a free HubSpot public app that provides two custom workflow actions:

  • Run Custom Code — Executes user-provided JavaScript code in an isolated sandbox within HubSpot workflows.
  • Send Webhook — Sends HTTP requests to user-specified URLs within HubSpot workflows.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the code you execute via the Run Custom Code action.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that webhook URLs and payloads comply with the terms of the receiving service.
  • You must not use the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or any content that violates applicable laws.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your HubSpot account credentials.

4. Service Limitations

  • Code execution is limited to 15 seconds and 128 MB of memory per invocation.
  • The sandbox does not provide access to the filesystem, network, or external modules.
  • Output is limited to 65,000 characters per execution.
  • The Service depends on HubSpot's API availability and is subject to HubSpot's rate limits.

5. Data Handling

The Service processes data from your HubSpot portal only as necessary to execute the configured workflow actions. We store OAuth tokens securely to maintain the connection between our servers and your HubSpot portal. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WF Hub Actions or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to data loss, workflow failures, or business interruption.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app dashboard or via email where possible.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the use of the Service at any time. You can uninstall the app from your HubSpot portal settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
